How to make the short description appear above product image and product data.

I want each product to have its own banner above it. So, I am thinking if I put a banner in the short description of each product and let the the short description appear at the top(please see the attchaed image), then I would achieve my desired effect. Is it possible? If yes, how to make the short description appear appear at the top? Thanks!

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product layout and add the short description widget in the top of the layout.

Alternatvely, In the settings of each product, we have the “Extra content block” option which can help you define your own content via HTML Block in the positions “Before Content” https://ibb.co/F0kTfCy
