How to modify the url?

Why do I have “product-category” in my product url. And “https://toplinefishingtackle.com/product-category/” is a 404 page. My shop page is “https://toplinefishingtackle.com/shop/”. How to modify the url?

So I can also make a product page or product category page myself, right?
Then replace Permalinks
