How to place content on the Product Categories pages, under the products?

How can I place content (text or html) on the Product Categories pages, UNDER the products?
It is easy to place content above the listed products (actually the Category Description), but I don’t know how to place text under the listed products, right above the footer.

I would like to place text (or HTML block) both places: before AND after the Product archive.
How can I achieve this?

If I use the prefooter this way on product category pages only, I can inject the same html block only for every Product Category, right?
What I am trying to achieve is different text (html blocks) before and after each and every Product archive.
So every Product category has it’s own text before (the Description) and after the Product archive.

Create a few presets for each category (Term ID) and define different HTML blocks for the prefooter.

In order to make it work right, disable the Ajax shop in Theme Settings.
