how to put banner or notification on product page

Hi,

I would like to add a small banner or a notification text above “add to cart” button or somewhere product meta place.

How can i do that?

You need to create HTML block and add it to the before Add to cart area in the Theme Settings > Product Archive > Add to cart options.
