How to remove review tab from single product page

I’m building a B2B website,so there is no need to keep the review.
The review and rating is easy to hidden. But the review tab is still there, when i had set it to No for Enable reviews tab via the theme setting-single product-tabs.
Please help me to remove all the review tab on product page.

To remove or hide the default WooCommerce Reviews tab on the single product page, you can follow this:
Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Uncheck “Enable product reviews”.
This will globally remove the default review tab from all products.

Yes,i really did that.But it only helped to hide the review and rating. But the review tab was still there.You can check the picture attached.

I checked your setup and found that you are using a Custom Single Product Layout created with the WoodMart WooCommerce Layout Builder.
To remove the Reviews and Shipping sections, please:
1. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout
2. Remove the corresponding Product Reviews and Shipping section from the layout: https://postimg.cc/WdTPqgt8
Regarding the Reviews menu item, it is being displayed through the Navigation Anchor widget used in your custom layout.
You can remove it by editing the menu assigned to that widget:
Appearance > Menus > Single Product Navigation
Then remove the Reviews menu item and save the menu.
