how to remove specification from product page

hello

while adding products, specification also shows without adding from my end. how to remove it . plz check attached image for reference.

Also I would like to remove shopping event promotion from product page

Please edit the custom layout for the single product page, please navigate to the Layouts >> Edit the Single Product layout >> Delete the Specification: https://ibb.co/mG5M4fV
