How to remove the promo block in the sidebar of the shop page + the footer text?

In the sidebar of my shop page there is a chair image with promotional text.

I don’t see where or how to modify it.

In addition, at the bottom of the page, there is also a block of text that I cannot find and remove.

Could you help me please?
