How to RTL HTML Blocks

I have the same issue as this topic

all html blocks in the theme go from LTR to RTL only Layout but the content of the html block stays LTL
how do i make it so that html in the theme are displayed properly

i have already checked this documentation but i still didn’t find anything to solve the issue

also you can see the footer the logo and contact details face the wrong direction

the product page sale counter is rtl and flickering although it shouldn’t

The counter is flickering when in arabic language
