How to scroll mega menu ? How to change it ?

1. Look at the movie
If I scroll the mouse down, the mega menu should scroll up so I can see what’s on the page under the mega menu.
And now the page under the mega menu is scrolling and mega menu is still visible and not move .

This is not a good solution for mega menu . How to change it ?
