Big problem with mega menu

Sometimes a vertical and horizontal mega menu appears. Vertical appears after refreshing or first open the page. When I enter a product, then the menu is horizontal. And that’s how it should be.

How to fix it?

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and send me the WP admin login details so I will check and solve the issue.

Regarding the scrolling concern, the thing is all the Mega Menu items are showing already so there isn’t any need for scrolling required for the Mega Menu so that’s why the scrolling is working as an overall Site.

I understand you, but if you are a mouse on a mega menu, you cannot scroll the page down. You just can’t scroll the page and see what’s below the mega menu

and you have to go beyond the mega menu area and then scroll down the page.

Well, just no. The Woodmart website works just the opposite. If you are on the mega menu, you cannot scroll the page.

If you check the mega-menu for “Platina” its height is full screen, when you scroll the page, the menu is also stuck, at the same time you do not see it as this mega-menu overlays the whole page.

Your site works in the same way as it works on the demo you refer.

Mega-menu block can appear on the shower and on click. You can find the option in the menu item in Appearance > Menu.

We still don’t understand each other.
Take the SREBRO menu as an example on my site (the rest is under construction, so it can cover the entire site)

If the mouse arrow is on the silver menu area and you try to spin the mouse wheel down, the mega menu should ( with the rest site) scroll up and turn off ( when the arrow leaves the menu area) . This is exactly how it works on the website that I recorded for you in the video as example.

And on my site this not work, the mega menu ( if I spin down) STANDS STILL , only the page that is under the mega menu scrolls down. I don`t like this. This is not a comfortable solution.

An my questions is: Could you easily change it, so that the mega menu also scrolls up and turns off after a while? If not I will have to ask the IT specialist to change it.
