how to set POPUP

Hi,
I am setting the Popup for the website, find there is POPUP on the left side , and also can setup on the Theme setting, I don’t know how to connect both.
I edit the one on the POPUP, but don’t know how to check it in the website.
could you help to give some instruciton?

You can edit the Popups and Floating Blocks using Elementor. After opening them in Elementor, click on the settings icon to access the Popup or Floating Block settings, where you can adjust the display conditions, triggers, and other options to control when and where they appear on your website.https://ibb.co/3YhdJ0cz

If you didn’t import the demo content, you can still create them manually — there’s no need for an additional plugin.
