how to set shop page or all category default banner

how to set shop page or all category default banner i have tried with theme settings-page title it not work

Navigate to Theme Settings > Page title > > upload the background image. These settings will be used for all page titles: https://ibb.co/1Y6SSpgT

Also, make sure the page title is not disabled in the shop page. Navigate to Pages > edit page > scroll down to Page Settings and check the Page title. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/options-for-pages/

If the issue remains and the page title does not show, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.
