How to set up Shop left bar on shop page

I wasn’t able to reproduce with dummy content on the basel theme the shop page with menu and navigation, including filter .

You can enable the sidebar in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Shop page layout. Then, add your widgets with categories of filters in Appearance -> Widgets. But bots are not able to send you any spam emails. There is no any contacts forms there.
