How do I display the subcategories below the Categories shown in the picture attached?

Sorry, but there is no option to display subcategories there. It is just tabbed titles and not a menu.

Ah, I have found it using the extra menu list element.
But, I can not add any icon like in the image.
How do I add any images or icons for the extra menu list element?

You can simply upload an icon image as a background for the column that contains this element.
