    i selected OFF in my theme options but the breadcrumb STILL appears. can u please assist in turning it off completely.

    Hello,

    This WooCommerce breadcrumbs not Basel
    Try to add this CSS to Theme Settings > Custom CSS 

    .woocommerce-breadcrumb{
display:none;
}
