How to turn on “Free shipping label or notice” functon on Mini cart?

How to turn on “Free shipping label or notice” functon on Mini cart ( widget shopping cart)? please see attachment

I installed theme, all work great, checked everywhere but can’t see how to turn on this. I set up free shipping in Woocommerce already, the “notice”or ” label” still doesn’t show. thanks

We are sorry for the confusion but this feature is not released yet. We updated our demo to the latest version to test it. The final update for all customers will be available in a few days.
