The link as I mentioned in my previous reply that you sent as an example. And it would be difficult to tell you how to duplicate the product same as the example URL because most of the elements are same in both URL’s.

So please provide with some relevant screenshots of the specific area you want to actually copy of that a particular website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

To edit the section in the product page sidebar you need to add a sidebar for the single product page and you can add content to it from Appearance >> Widgets.

You need to enable the sidebar from Theme Settings >> Single product page.

1) You can use any widget in the sidebar of the single product page to display the content according to your needs. In the link you provided its used text widget to display the content.

2) And the second component is coming from a third party plugin that you cannot manage through our theme.
