How to update button text color?

I am trying to find where I can update the button text color in basel theme?

I am not seeing setting to change this. Currently all button text is white, I need to change to black.

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced typography and change the text color as per the CSS class. If you have difficulty with CSS, provide your site admin access to the private content area, your site is under maintenance and I cannot view it.
