I cannot access your site, however, it seems you are referring to categories menu. If so, navigate to Theme settings > General > Sticky navigation > and select the menu.

i would like to change the another menu under logo.

in addtion ,i know how to turn on or off ,or setup a menu for the sticky navi menu.

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

Hover on Categories element, click on Pencil icon > and select Categories menu https://prnt.sc/AG9GVmpwmusY
