Html block extra description subcatégorie product don”t works

Hello,
I have one problem with extra description html block.
I created an HTML block with additional description text for the Anti-Rust subcategory. But I don’t see it displayed here. How do I do this?

If you use Layouts, make sure that you have defined an appropriate element – https://prnt.sc/QjeD-AgPp60t , if not, send me access to the admin panel so I can check its settings.
