when I open HTML block menu, its showing 40+ html block created by base import. but only 4 show. where the rest?

What was your default language when you uploaded the demo? What is your default language now? Set the default language the same as it was and create translations. Or disable the multilingual plugin, save the HTML blocks as templates and then activate https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#posts_products_page
