html block in category description problem

The problem relates to the incorrect loading of the html block in the category descriptions (all) (see attachments).

The problem occurs on computers and smartphones. It occurs intermittently.

Moments ago it was working, and on the new subpage it is not working. It looks bad 🙁 Descriptions are done with html block + button to expand description.

The category description loads incorrectly (look at the first screen). This happens not regularly.

– I did a test on different devices.
– I did plugin tests.
The problem is with the theme.

The problem with the badly rendered shortcode is still on my site.

1. the problem is on ALL blog category pages (https://hityzakupowe.pl/category-sitemap.xml)
2. I inserted the HTML block shortcode in place of the category description.
3. From time to time the shortcode/html block looks good, but not on every category page. Another day or another device it looks bad, etc.

– I tested all plugins, turned them on and off one by one.
– I tested options with minify css, js, html, cache – doesn\’t help.
– I tested the settings of elementor and theme – does not help.

In my opinion, the problem is in the theme.

The site was not working because I was moving it to a new, faster server.

After moving to a faster server, the problem with rendering shortcodes disappeared.

Unfortunately, the problem continues to occur after changing the server to a much faster one. Less frequently than before, but it continues.

The HTML block is now working fine on the site. It is only your cache issue from the cache plugin you have installed on the site. Please remove the cache then check back the site.

The problem is in all categories… The problem appears irregularly.

Once the shortcode renders correctly, and at another time on another device it renders badly.

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I noticed that Rankmath can generate a problem. When I disable the plugin, the shortcodes stop working.

I think there is some filter missing on the category page/archive page. Something is causing the shortcode to not render well on those pages.

Other shortcodes on other pages work fine….

I have transferred the shortcode to other pages and it works fine. The problem is with the archive page at 100%
