hello, i translated my website using wpml plugin and i get error when i change language from English to arabic

Thank you for purchasing the theme and contacting our support center.
Make sure you have translated all the categories, pages and posts. Then navigate to WPML > String Translation and find all the texts which have not been translated yet, and translate them.

As for the text on the screen, it is either translates in WPML > Strings or deletes it if you do not need it.

You have this field empty. That is why the default text appears, add the necessary information into text block or delete it. As soon as you add text, find the translation via search http://prntscr.com/iwgp80

Please, provide us your FTP access as well. There is something wrong with WPML or our Header builder translations.

yes it works , but i found new problem with Promo popup i translate html block 212 but when i change the language give me same html block ???

In order to solve such a problem, you need to create a separate HTML block with the translation of [html_block id="212"] , then you navigate to WPML > String Translation and search [html_block id="212"] as shown here: https://gyazo.com/2bf5bceafe57908bca0cc4b18bfcfa51 , next add traslation http://prntscr.com/ix0k0l It will work.
