HTML Blocks without WPBakery

Hi, Im trying to create a Promo PopUp with an Image and I don’t get the option to edit with WP Bakery in “Item”

The result looks awful! The Background is huge and I can’t find a way to make it smaller.

I tried doing a Promo Banner in a post and copy pasting the html in the “item” with no luck. Also looked the documentation and can’t find “instructions”. Could you please help me?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Navigate to WP Bakery Page builder > Role Manager http://prntscr.com/lqfzji

Enable WP Bakery Page builder for cms_blocks http://prntscr.com/lx3o2t and create the template in the HTML block and then insert the shortcode into the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup.

About the size of the background? is there a way to make it smaller so that the image in the html block is bigger? Or remove it at all?
The “REMOVE” button does nothing :S

You can remove the background in the Theme Settings > Shop > Pomo popup or if you have applied to the row, navigate to the HTML block find the block you assign for the HTML blocks and configure the background https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/add-row-column-background-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/

If you cannot achieve a good background after configuration, you would better cut your image to get the better one.
