HTTP ERROR 500

When I want to activate the theme I get the HTTP ERROR 500 and can’t acces the website anymore, only solution is to rename the theme via FTP then login to wp-admin. I’ve contacted my hosting provider to ask about my PHP config and it’s:
Execution time: 300 sec
Memory limit: 128 MB
Request maximum size: 64 MB
Maximum size for files: 64 MB

And there are no errors in Error logs

The HTTP ERROR 500 appears right after I click Activate theme

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

You need to update PHP on your server to PHP7.3+. Ask your hosting provider for help in this situation.

Can you please sugest me a good hosting for this? I’ve asked now several providers and they have PHP 5 version, and my provider also said it can’t update. Thank you
