2. WP Rocket is a paid plugin, is there any way to use this freely, as I am a newbie and cannot afford this burden.

2. You can use some alternative like WP Total Cache but we can’t guarantee that it will be as effective and simple to use as WP Rocket.

I requested you to do that for me and fix my website but like always you send me the links which I don’t know what to do as I am a newbie.
For 2 3 months, I am working on this website but cannot fix that. Someone told me that purchase the woodmart ,If you will face any problem then the support team will fix that. But for me, you got 0/5. I was thinking to purchase this theme for my other two websites but this theme sucks which I am planning to quiet if properly not managed.
I am very unhappy with this.

Sir, After a lot of work I have fixed many things and now the website runs fast. But still, there are some items to fix like CSS, etc which I cannot do but also you guys out there not helping a newbie. I am not satisfied with your customer support.

Many times I asked to check my website and fix these issues but no one is willing to do that a small task. You guys know all the things but don’t want to help. but always you didn’t act upon on my request.
Then what is your benefit to me?

As we can see, you have already optimized your resources like CSS and JS. The problem is that your CSS files are too big and now it is 1.2MB. But only 700KB come with our theme. Also, in our next theme update, we will optimize our CSS and the size will be 300-400KB that will improve your website speed even more.
