I am not able to import woodmart premade templates

For the last 2 days, I am getting this error ” Can’t load templates from the server.”
tried all other browsers no luck…
Spoke to hosting company, they said there is no issue from their side, speak with theme author.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I disabled all plugins and found that there is one plugin affiliate pro, as soon as I activate it, I get this error, what can be done as I need this plugin
