i can not auto upgrade WPBakery Page Builder

I received this plug-in with the theme. But now I have received a notification about upgrade it. Is there any way I can upgrade automatic plug-ins? Or how should I resolved this?

You will be able to update the plugin automatically with the next theme version. The current theme version contains the previous plugin.

Now you can upload the fresh plugin from this forum profile.

1. Make the full backup of your site.

2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

4. Upload and install through Dashboard > Plugins or FTP
