I cannot change the colour of my header .

I cannot change the colour of my header . As you can see from attached file i have change it to purple but in my website its white . We changed colour many times but Header Color is Not changing Remain white.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same as mentioned in our detailed documentation in the following link:

If the problem still continues then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
