I can’t change the link color of the “extra menu list” element

I’ve tried different ways to change the color of this element in the Footer, but it doesn’t work.

I changed the data within the theme settings, I tried to change it in the element (but there is no option).

How to resolve this?

I want to make the color a darker black and when I hover the mouse purple and not yellow, but I can’t find where to adjust it.
