I can't edit Elementor

Hi
I have another problem – I can’t edit any page in elementor and they have said it is a theme problem I hve tried their safe mode etc
I got this only a few weeks ago and it really has been nothing but problems
I have never not been able to edit my site!
what do you suggest?

Did you use WP bakery page builder before on this site?

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

No I only used the standard Word Press editor with all the widgets supplied by Jet pack (many more than Elementor provides) but I thought that I should do this way as it is what your fast theme recommended.

I don’t give you permission to change theme or deactivate anything! That sounds like a complete disaster waiting to happen. Surely there are steps that you can take before that?

Please make the clone of your site and move a testing platform and grant us access so that we could check and help.

Alternatively, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
