I can´t hide countdown timer on the shop page

Hi, i can´t hide the countdown timer on the shop page. It look too big, i need to hide but i turn it off and it stays visible. I already erase the cache!

Can you help me?

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

It seems that you have enabled the products as sale products. Please edit the products and remove the product sale time then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide with correct admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because you haven’t sent the username with the admin login.

Hi, thank you for you answer.

I want to keep the sales countdown but only on the product page. I want to hide it or change it for a smaller design on the shopping page where all the products are seen.
(I don’t like how it looks so big on my cell phone)
I turn it off from product styles but it is not responding.

The administrator data and I left them private.
