I can’t refresh three plugin

1. WPBakery (Malformed URL: “key” is required), but I activated…
2. Slider revolution
3. Layer Slider

I tried many times but still not refreshed.
I have to buy the new version, or how can I refresh another way?

You need to enter the Dashboard > Appearance > Install plugins and update the plugins. Layer Slider does not relate to our theme and you need to update it separately.

Thanks for you answer, yes, I know how I can refresh the plugins, but when I tried to refreshed them:

– WPBakery plugin: I received this error message: “Malformed URL: “key”” is required”, despite I had activated this plugin!
– Slider Revolution: update package is not available, but the antivirus is asking for the update!
– You mean I have to buy the Layer Slider plugin if I want to refresh?

Please help me to refresh these plugins.

Yes, we see the problem on your website with the plugins update interface. Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong there?

It is weird but something blocks the Revolution slider update on your website only. We tested this on our development environment and it works well.
We have updated the plugin on your website. Note that you can download the latest version of the plugin in your account on our website and update it manually next time. Simply upload it via Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new.

Hello! Thanks for the help, I’ll check out the website. For now, I see first that you have reset the security plugin (enter URL was changing), so I have to set everything up from the beginning. I bought the theme, which includes Slider revolution, Layer slider, WPBakery as I know.

1. Because it doesn’t update automatically, do I have to buy these plugins to be able to download them for the update?

2. Are you sure this is available for download among the free plugins, see what you sent me as the path? Please think twice, because the wordPress.org plugin repository does not included plugins that need to be purchased!
