I cant save product category extra description

Hi , When i try to save any text in product category extra description , page loads but its not saved.

You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.
Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout and add an extra description widget in the layout: https://prnt.sc/iOvSdhG4UE9F , then the description will show on category pages.

I know that. But putting that widget in layout will work only if a category has an extra description… Problem is when i go to product category edit mode and try to write something in extra description section and hit save , page refreshes but again extra description is empty.

Its working on my end and i confirmed from support as well. Try again with port 21. Otherwise do code editing on wordpress dashboard via file manager plugin , if site goes down i will restore it. I have no other option.

I had added the following code in the .htaccess file via WP File Manager to increase the upload limits:
upload_max_filesize = 1024M
post_max_size = 1024M
After saving, the site started facing server issues. Kindly remove the above lines from the .htaccess file to restore the site.
Once that’s done, please increase the upload_max_filesize and post_max_size values properly through the php.ini file or by contacting your hosting provider. After updating the limits, check if the issue is resolved.
