I cant see option to edit categories and content

Hello

When I tried to edit any page with elementor I can’t see the option to to change categories and content in widgets.

I talked with elementor team support and Expert checked my admin site and his say that plugin that I using is not Elementor plugin that’s a third-party plugin. And his suggest me to open a ticket with Elements Xtremos.
So here I am 🙂
Are you can try to help me to solve this situation?

Like you see in the picture, When I tried to edit with elementor that categories widget, I can not see the option to change categories and content. It’s happens at all the widgets. I can’t edit any text and content.

I saw the screenshots you attached.

These are the options available for the product and categories elements. You can modify the categories from Woocommerce >> Categories.

Please elaborate what you are trying to achieve then i will explain how to make it.

I want to change the categories that appear within the widget. In past
I had the option to change it from the bar on the right side and the option is gone.

I’m attaching you another image.
In this image you can see that I can not change the category of products that I want to appear in this tab.
