I get 503 Service unavailable after minor update.

After a recent update I keep getting this error:
503
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
I already tried deativating all the plugins but when I try to enter some of the pages I keep getting this error.

Also the debug log in the private content.
This error is from when I try to get into a category

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Seems like it cames from Woocommerce.

We need your admin access as well since we don’t see your website at the moment.

Please try searching for a vehicle to show products. Try 2007 – Skoda – Octavia II – 1.9 TDI BJB BKC, then if you try to enter category MECANICA it will give you the error.

The problem is now only on the mobile version

We also noticed that you are using some additional plugin for this filter so it might cause the error as well. Anyway, we are not able to reproduce it on your website yet.

From that page when I try to enter in the mecanica category it give’s me the error.
I found also the favicon not loading correctly and I changed it but same issue.
At least if you can tell me where the problem comes from exactly?
