I have a problem before of on got a problem with woocomerce i unistalled it and after and reinstalled it again and got fix the problem with woocomerce i dit a check of my website and all the filters has been gone it is just a empty div ther https://prnt.sc/1zkt199 can you help me why it is happening

Please check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If The problem occurs on the Storefront as well, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
switch to the parent WoodMart and check again.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I did all the steps you told me in storefronts the filter are there when I go back on theme is not on shop page , also i distinctive all the extra plug in nothing change i think after i deleted woocommerce before when it had problems id changed something in your template maybe… i don’t know what to do now ?

Please update the theme till 6.2.3. and install the free Classic widget plugin.

To update the theme i have to re-download the theme on on envato market and reinstall because in the update core on the themes is e message “your themes are already up to date ” ?
