How do enable review stars to come show on the front in the product grid for this product style “Show summary on hover”. Can you please provide me a css for the same

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It is not possible with Simple Custom CSS.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
