You have assigned one post to several categories as the result, all the assigned categories are shown. This is the way WordPress works.

Please make the full backup of the site and update the theme and plugins in Appearance > Install plugins as well as other plugins, then check the issue, if the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check gain.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
