Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

.single .main-page-wrapper {
    background-image: url(https://itcanspacesaving.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/adams_156084_17e-300x300.jpg);
	    background-size: cover;
	background-repeat:no-repeat;
}

Replace the image URL.
