Explain:
Create Button has multi tasks:
1- select specific products with product id or category id
2- go to compare page and view selected product’s in compare

Hello,

First of all Create a HTML Blocks and use the compare widget,
Then Try to add tabs in the single product page from Theme settings > Single product > Tabs > add the custom tab and select the HTML Blocks content.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations. Try to find a plugin for this purpose.
