tommyzfParticipantHello,
I’m having an issue with my website, I have installed woodmart with wpbakery builder and I’m using godaddy with the delux hosting plan. Every time I try to work on a page, ad a picture, add a plugin or any other interaction the website start loading forever. So I went to check on the metrics of the cpannel and it tells me that the I/O and Physical Memory usage is overloaded, this goes on for 5 minutes then the website goes back to normal, as well as the cpannel metrics. I tried to deactivate all plugins except the ones connected to woodmart and the problem persists. I also called the assistance of godaddy to see if there were problems with the access logs but they told me it was all normal and that the problem is caused by a plugin or the theme. I have used this theme on almost every site I made and I never had this problem.
This error is causing my site not to load anything and I can’t work properly on the website.
Thanks in advance for the support

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
In general, our theme is optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Best Regards

tommyzfParticipantHello,
I’ve followed the advice that I received, I have also deactivated most of the plugins and the only ones active are the ones relative to woodmart, but I still have the same problem. I also used GTmetrix and all the statistic are high. I don’t understand why when I try to edit a row on a page or a product the memory usage overloads. The only thing I can think of that is slowing down the site is woodmart or woocommerce. I never had this problem on any other website on which I used your theme. Maybe there could have been an error during the installation of woodmart and all the other plugins connected to woodmart. Let me know if there is something else that I could try.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site and test on any other premium themes if you have any. If you do not have a premium, test on any free default.
Best Regards
