    I want to add a text promotion on the top of mobile and PC, but I added it in the header building but it doesn’t work.

    Hello,

    I suggest you use our “Header banner” functionality for achieving such behavior. You can enable it via Theme Settings -> General -> Header banner: https://take.ms/0TW6Y
