I would like to upload photo width 1600px

I would like to upload photo width 1600px, but when I uploaded the photo going to be 1200px automatic.
Even I’ve already settting media, but still the same.

Please, help.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme because these settings are controlled by wordpress itself and our theme don’t influence.
