Hello,

If you want to scroll to a section then you can use our button element and use the Smooth Scroll option.

Then you need to add the ID of the section as a link to the Smooth scroll button.

I would like to do the table of contents for my blog, So I would like to use scroll to and smooth scroll option for the text.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
