Icons crashing, showing chinese signs

There is a bug on the theme, that around 90% of the time, the icons are not loaded. No icons. This means our customers always see crashed icons as well as chinese signs. What is the way to fix this? I tried everything I could. We did not touch the icons, nor edited/changed them. This is since we started using this theme. Please advice.

Please save the Theme Setting and clear your cache.

Please and make sure that your site URL has been correctly inserted (HTTPS/HTTP) in the Dashboard > Settings > General

It seems that that is not the problem, i checked both things and the are both not working. I think it has to do with the cdn, which is blocking those icons. Do you know of such an issue in the past? You can check our page and see that the icons are not working, both desktop and mobile. Please advice.

Your site URL is HTTPS and the same should be added to Dashboard > Settings > General, as soon as you correct, save the theme settings and clean the cache.
