Icons missing after update, menus blank after creating custom CSS

Icons missing after update, menus blank after creating custom CSS.
Icons only appear with Microsoft Edge. Firefox, Chrome, Safari all are broken.
Tried generating customs css, and after creating WPBAKERY custom css all menus when blank in all browsers.
Have disabled WPTotal Cache and before resetting the settings.

Deleting custom css fixed the menu issue.
