ICONS Missing

Hi there,

Getting really crazy here, I am constantly missing icons. Some are not loading fully, after refreshing page they come, sometimes it comes again partly. This happens with most the arrows here and there. see printscreens

I am cleaning my cache constantly and also using cccleaner.

Other websites are appearing icons.
Please help to solve this, cause it is bothering me long time.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Most likely, the issue is related to some of the optimizations or cache plugins.

I tested the cache plugin but it isn’t. Can you check if it is something with the settings, or maybe something else. I am really getting craxy about this. It is also bad for business.

I would appreciate it if one you guys can take a look.

I have now copied the full website to a different domain, if you want you can test it here. Cause this domain is only for testing purpose.

But please be carefull don’t mix things up and, cause the MAIN DOMAIN has all day customers on it. Please test it with the link I provided you.

Please, disable all external plugins on the live website temporarily and remove all the custom CSS and JS code from theme settings.

I did what you asked, and disabled and deleted css and js.

Like I said this is the testing site.

Try to add the following PHP code snippet to the child theme functions.php file and resave Theme Settings

function woodmart_remove_https($link) {
   return $link;
}

I did,

But what use does it have? No effect at all.

I think it has to do something with the minifying.

I will, however you have to understand and help me out with this.

I only can disable all functions as you request, on a specific time as an appointment.

cause this site has users and it can cost me a lot of money.

My time is Amsterdam, so I don’t where you are located. If there is a time difference it is the best way to do for me at night or in the morning. So let’s say if you have a 4 our time difference I will close the shop for deactivate everything, so you can do your thing.

On that day I will deactivate all advertising.

Is this okay by you.

Just disable caching and optimizations plugins and it will not harm your website at all. Your customers will have an access to all functions. We will try to check this asap.
