Icons shown as squares

Hello,
Since last week, after updating Woodmart theme, the icons are showing as squares.
I saved the theme settings and permalinks, but still getting the same issue.

Hello,

Most likely this is caused by an incorrect URL in the Dashboard > Settings > General.

Hello,

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Yes please, you can deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme.

Could you please also check why the CSS defined in the Theme Settings -> Custom CSS section -> Global Custom CSS section is not loaded (applied)? This is happening after updating Woodmart theme.

Hello,

I disabled the Endurance Page Cache plugin but getting the issue again.
How to disable the other plugins? There is no option to disable these plugins. Should i delete them directly from the wp-content folder.

Why should i contact the host support, i don’t understand?
The issue with the icons came up after updating your theme. Previously it was working ok.

One of the plugins may cause the issue. Please disable the plugins shown and check the issue.

I’ve disabled/deleted those plugins, but still having the same issue with the icons.
Also check why the CSS defined in the Theme Settings -> Custom CSS section -> Global Custom CSS section is not applied.
As i already said, after updating your theme, most things are not working.

We have found and fixed the error. The CSS was broken because of missed ) in one of the color values in Theme Settings. Check the screenshot. https://prnt.sc/1eqw4tj
