Guys, I am having a big problem with the “customer ID number” on the Check-Out page and I really need your help.
One of the fields I need from customer is the personal ID number, in Chile we call it “RUT” so it doesn´t have only numbers, for example:
ID NUMBER:
– Example Nº1: 11.111.111-1 (full numbers)
– Example Nº2: 11.111.111-k (numbers and a letter)
FORMAT:
It has dotted and one hyphen format
PROBLEM:
the Customer put just the number, (for example: 111111111) and the field stay like that and Goes directly to the sales document. this is a big problem for us
WHAT I NEED?
I need a code format so that the ID field automatically changes with dot and dash format, for example:
PEOPLE Automatic format
– 111111111 (11.111.111-1)
– 22222222k (22.222.222-k)
– 33333333 (3.333.333-3)
REQUEST:
Guys, I´ve seen this automatic format in few webs, I please ask you to you help to me to get any format code or anything I can do to solve this big problem.
